We are actively updating this guide as the game has just released. It resides in the Ice Vellumental Mountain located on Diamond Island. But that's not all! The Ice Vellumental is an origami polar bear and the final Vellumental boss encountered in Paper Mario: The Origami King. By now, you should be near the second phase, or just about there. When you hit the 'ON' tile, choose the Fire Vellumental and burn Olly up, then follow it up with 1.000 Folded Arms.
Then, use the Magic Circle to use the fire Vellumental power. If enough coins are spent to make the toads cheer for Mario, the path will be revealed. That means details on every Toad you need to rescue, every Not-Bottomless Hole you need to repair, every ?-Block you need to hit, and every Collectible Treasure you need to… well, collect. Finally, if Olly opts for his Ice Vellumental form, avoid the ice maze that spawns and move as quickly as you can. When Olly is in the ice Vellumental form, Paper Mario will need to complete the ice maze.
